That's great they're showing that. It really is required viewing. I hope that they how the full version off the DVDs though, instead of the shorter TV version. Not that it matters to me really as I've watched it so much I nearly know it by heart , and I can't gt VH1 anyway.
edit - just saw it's in 3 parts so it's probably the TV version

It's on VH1 and VH1 Classic at the same time/dates. VH1 is a basic cable channel (for almost all cable providers), how do you not have it?
Also, The Beatles: Anthology 2 will air on September 2nd at 9 p.m. EST. The Beatles: Anthology 3 will air on September 9th at 9 p.m. EST.

Anybody who really calls themselves a Beatles fan needs to OWN the Anthology on DVD. I plan on re-watching it yet again before the Global Beatles Holiday, but through the DVD set in 5.1 with no commercials!
Again - if you really love the Beatles and don't have the Anthology DVD and CD sets, when you have some spare cash after the game and remasters, get them. Or ask for them for Christmas.

My favourite part of the Anthology are the parts on the bonus DVD where they are all at Abbey Road studios with George Martin and the bits where they are playing Blue Moon of Kentucky & other things and talking in George's garden.
