Beatle's pre-order club code doesn't work

I pre-ordered the Beatles game from Amazon. The code they sent me for the pre-order club website doesn't work (I get an invalid code error message). I'd really like to check out the website. Could someone please let me know how to get a working code?

Same thing here. Received a code from Amazon and the code does not work. I even copied and pasted the code to insure that it was perfect, character-for-character.

Ditto. E-mailed Amazon. They sent me an alphanumeric code, and the pre-order club site seems to just want 9 digits.

UPDATE: We've talked to Amazon and all the codes they sent out should now work. Try the code they sent you. If it doesn't work, then PM me the code and I'll get it sorted out.

The pre-order club codes are alphanumeric, so don't worry about that part. If you guys PM me your codes, I can help get you sorted out.

Hi I didn't preorder or anything but I can't find my code for the free t-shirt for my xbox 360 avatar. Did this happen to anyone else?? Not as big a deal as the code for songs but I want my Beatles t-shirt :(

Are the song codes you got for songs on the Sgt. Peppers album? If so, they won't work until those songs are posted to the store, in November.

The email you got tells you that too, by the way. :)

I pre-ordered my copy from Gamestop and got the codes a few days ago. I entered the codes for Abbey Road songs into the marketplace menu and saw they were invalid. I'll drop you a PM with the codes if it isn't sorted out tomorrow or Friday

This thread is not about the song codes. It's about the code to get into the Pre-Order Club. Since the free song promotion is being run by Gamestop, you should email them for help:

I had the same problem. I bought my bundle at gamestop. When I realized I forgot to sign up for the 3 free songs, I tried to enter it through the gamestop website. I ended up calling EA Tech support because that's what the faq's led me to do. They're trying to either reset the code or send me a new one. Hopefully they can resolve this issue.

My codes have never came. EA Tech's are telling me a lot of stories, it is either because:

The songs have not been released yet
Nintendo has never sent released the codes
Rock Band has never released the codes
or
Something has delayed the e-mail from going out.

As is with all of Gamestops promo's, I think we were screwed and will never see them!

Well it was amazing... after threatening to bring the Consumer Protection division of our State Attorney General into it, I got my code the next day. Interesting though. For the Wii, all it was was for 600 Wii points. I could buy any song (or game) I wanted.

Bluedevil, I had the same situation on my Wii, but I had to redeem mine through the Wii Shop channel where you can buy/redeem points. Not familiar with PS3, do you have anything like this on there?

Are you trying to redeem codes for songs that are on the Sgt. Peppers album? If so, those codes won't work until that album is actually available, later this month.
