Guns N Roses Question

GNR is one of the most popular and influencial bands in Rock history... there isn't a single GNR song in Rock Band. This can be one of two reasons...

1) Since Slash is sort of the spokesperson for GH3, there's some contractural agreement banning GNR songs from being in another game, at least for a set amount of time.

or...

2) Since Rock Band is planning on doing full albums, maybe they're holding off on any GNR stuff so that they can release Appetite for Destruction in full. That, would be absolutely awesome.

I don't know if we can get a Harmonix member to comment on this, but it's fun to speculate.

I have the 360 version of RB.
I know for a fact that " Weclome to the Jungle" is not on the Xbox version.

I don't know how or what system it was being played on but i viewed this song being played on RockBand on Youtube.

What gives? Did the PS2 , PS3 get different set list ?

I don't think it has anything to do with which console it's on. That youtube video is from the previous year's E3 (I believe, or the GDC). Anyway, either that was a song that was gonna be on it, but was removed because of conflicts with GH3, OR, that was preliminary stuff for the Appetite for Destruction Album. I'm hoping the later.
