What's up with this pre-order club code?

I pre-ordered the game from Amazon and just got a code in an email message with a link to the pre-order club.

When I click the link to get to the page it says "Enter your 9 digit code"

Amazon sent me a 10 digit code.

Any way to get this fixed?

Never mind. I used a code that I found posted on this forum and got in. Not much of a perk or promotion. Oh well.
