Apparently the one near me has the demo, but I think I'm just going to wait to buy the game in two weeks or however long it is.

Is there a page like that for Canadian stores? I couldn't find it on Bestbuy.ca. I'll probably call the Best Buy that's about a 15 minute bike ride from my place tomorrow and see if they have it.
