After 3 weeks of waiting, I finally got my drumkit back. Now im happy as a kid on xmas day. I get out of work and head straight home, open up my package and check out my new kit. I noticed the pads themselves feel a lot different from the set I had before. In fact, its rather hard to take any of the pads off to check out the circuitry underneath, so I just let it go.

Now, I went from happy, to straight ****ing mad in a second flat when I realized, THEY DIDNT SEND ME MY KICKPEDAL! This is just straight bull**** now...

After waiting a week to ship out my guitar and drumset, and then not receiving any tracking numbers saying when theyre gonna be back, I get my kit and now I cant play the drums still! And who the hell gets the blame? Hmx? EA? The games been out for almost a month now, and Ive only gotten a few hours out of it. Sure, we can use "another brands" guitar to play the game, but then wouldnt you only be playing guitar hero?

Sorry bout the rant, but im just pissed off now. I have the kit here and I still cant play. Anyway, can someone help me out and tell me who I am supposed to contact so I can finally play a game that I bought almost a month ago?

i would think that it would be the same people you contacted when you requested a replacement. sorry to hear they screwed it up. i think initially drumsets were treated as a whole thing...then when pedals started snapping into pieces they split claims to drum pads, and drum pedal...so looks like you didnt make it before the cut off.

i guess that's another advantage of "express" since you know what youve received, and what you should send back.

I didn't think you were supposed to send the pedal back. They separate the sticks, pedal, and pads into 3 separate categories when you file your request for an RMA.

I guess by default this one is on you. I'm sure they'll send you a pedal back it just may mean a longer wait.

Best of luck to you.

There are 3 choices, drum pads, kick pedal or drum kit, which did you choose?

I picked the drum kit. And when I received the return package, it had a spot between the legs that was ment for the kick pedal and i believe in the packing instructions it stated to pack everything.
