View Full Version : Are you a Canadian bummed out by Pepsi only giving DLC to Americans?

Well, you don't have to worry anymore about it, because we Canadians have a promo and it's even better!
(I have yet to verify the accuracy of the contest and see if it's a scam or not. I will come back to you with an answer within the next few days, and will also update if I have newer info.)
So basically, "Kellogg's" is having a contest.
(I bought Rice Krispies, but I'm not sure if it works on other Kellogg's cereals)
When you buy the specially marked box with the Nintendo logo, that box will either come with a 5$, a 10$ or a 500$ coupon that can be redeemed for anything Nintendo related. Seeing as a box can be found for less than 5$, you really have nothing to lose!
And for those that do not own a Wii and RB2 on it, even though you cannot get DLC, you can always work yourself up to get loads of coupons and eventually get a fair amount of cash and buy something big like a DSi, or even a Wii. If you have already have one of those, you can even buy yourselves some games for it!

I would be less bummed out if this wasn't restricted to the Wii.

That is rather awesome. That actually seems pretty cool. Might even be able to get that new music game that was released in the DSi shop. I mean the main Kellogs plant is within like a half hour drive from me and I know a guy that works there. Maybe he could hook me up with some Canadian goodies.
However that sucks for non-wii Rockband users. Im 360, but also american so ya. However N64 games are pure love so there's always that.

You can get anything Nintendo related, my DLC mention was only because I was thinking of RB.

Dammit, I was gonna post this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWBUl7oT9sA) video too
Now I'm almost enraged that they're not doing that for PS3 in the US and A

Darn, you got my hopes up.
Maybe if I came across these, I could sell 'em to people who'd make better use of it.

You could probably sell those coupons for a fair price...

As an Australian, I envy the rest of the world as all I have to pass the time is Rock Band: Sticks & Stones Edition.

thanks a lot man!
gotta go get some cereal now
That's pretty cool. Not for me though as I have no interest in Nintendo stuff. If I get any of these coupons I'll pass them on to friends I guess.

It appears, from the wording on the coupons, that you can only use one per purchase. Too bad they don't stack.

Man, boxes of cereal are always $5 and over unless they're on sale here in Hawaii. So even if they had the promo in the US it wouldn't be worth it for me in general. Darn expensive food costs here.

If this was on Pop-Tarts I would be jealous. I don't eat cereal or live in Canada.
Actually, I am jealous. Stupid stingy Pepsi is ripping me off with losing codes. I dig through trash cans for those!
