I am assuming you have tried the drums, and I was wondering how the kick pedal felt? Is it tight/loose/realistic in comparison to the chained pedals on a real drum kit?

He probably won't answer. He might, probably not. These guys are normally under contract. They can't disclose information to us untill the appropriate said time. Thats why you'll get chunks of info one bit at a time. It normally starts to flow rather decent once the game is closer to "gold". Going gold is like the games final run, being readied for consumer use.

To answer your question, the drums are probably pretty bad ass. Its Harmonix....come on guy ;)

I have watched all the ones I could find. But, for the most part, the person playing the drums was using his whole leg more so than just his ankle down. My concern is over songs with quick double taps on the bass drum, or even triplets.

Yeah Alex made a big deal about the drums being a drummer himself so I expected no less.

Being a retired drummer (electric guitar FTW!) I must say nothing is more annoying than a tight pedal. I prefer loose.

I am so glad to hear that. I was freaking out, praying it wouldn't be some little button you hit with your foot. After seeing the E3 footage I'm damn impressed at how it's turned out, you can see the feedback it gived on some of the closer shots.

I couldn't really tell how much "rebound" it had on it from the videos, because it looked like the guys playing were moving there whole leg a lot. Couldn't really see any doubles or triplets happening.
