Has anyone gotten confirmation that their Rock Band Drum Bag has shipped? I am still getting the "In Process" status on my order. I notice that the Drum Bag and other accessories have been removed from the Rock Band Store and isn't listed as backordered or out of stock anymore.

I sent an email to support about this, but have received no response. I also ordered the guitar bag, but it also is lost in the "in process" stage. Meanwhile, I just went out to Circuit City and bought the exact same guitar bag off the shelf. I'd like to cancel the guitar bag portion of my order at the Rock Band Store, but I would have to get someone to respond to me first.

My advise to everyone is to AVOID purchasing anything from the Rock Band Store. I have sent 3 emails using their contact forms on the site and still no response over a week! My order is still "In Process" and I cannot get a response on the status of my order... Worst customer service I have experienced in years! :mad:
