Dog Fashion Disco playing Darkest Days. This vid shows it as a custom song in Guitar Hero. It's just an idea of how the guitar would go at least, but listen to those drums! Killer! I also really like the mellow part in the middle.

Pretty good. Don't like that hard chart though, especially that the song just explodes at you at the beginning like that. Add a two-four second delay, and the ol' Rock Band touch (as you know they always make songs easier, lol) and it'll be complete!

I agree. This is just a custom song made by some random person, so the actual Harmonix touch on this track would make it sublime. Also, you have to realize that this is the song on Expert, and obviously would look much different on the easier difficulties. As far as it just blasting you right from the very beginning, well, there are a lot of songs that do that. Just think of the fans when you suddenly melt their faces off out of nowhere! I see what you mean about needing a little delay first, I mean, the HUD isn't even fully there yet.

Yeah. I love scaring/surprising people, heck i'll even mind doing it to virtual crowds, lol.
Once harmonix gets this song on the game (and I wish they would) then it will be perfect. PERFECT.
Sounds like a fun song to sing, too.
But, by the time they release the who's pack, american pie, and once i buy fortunate son, david bowie pack, metallica pack i'll probably spend my xbox live "allowance", lol.

Well the simple solution to that would be to steal some old lady's credit card, duh!

And yes, the lead singer of DFD (Todd) has an awesome voice with a great range. Their old stuff is all growly and their new stuff has a lot of falsetto. The fact that he can switch back and forth between the two and have it still sound awesome is just beyond words. Too bad the band broke up last year because they weren't getting the recognition they deserved. Hell, maybe getting a song in Rock Band will help them rise from the ashes. Maybe we could even get a DFD song pack instead of just this one song. I would so buy that in less than half a heartbeat.
