Just wondering as I paid $200 for a extra guitar and yippie, I can't get a new one. Anyone know of anything that why Canadians can't get replacements anything?

You can't get replacements in Canada because WE aren't technically supposed to have the game yet. So when it is released in Canada (hopefully sometime in the next 2-6 days) they should have customer support up and running and replacements galore. :D

last i heard and check canadians could replace their product via the ea website if necessary

Nope... no returns yet for Canadians... the website makes you fill out all the forms and THEN tell you that.

My RB bundle (from Erie, PA) had a sheet advising the buyer not to return defective peripherals to the store but to go to the EA site. Weird thing is that the message was reprinted on the reverse in French (you'd expect Spanish on a US product). I'm guessing EA anticipated the high number of cross-border sales.
