Shipping problems?

Okay, i got the box, and took the package to the ups store, constantly checking my tracking info, it says that i still have the box. Does it really take that long to ship? Because when i sent an e-mail to ups they said:
"Since the shipment does not indicate any further activity following the delivery, please contact the original shipper for further assistance. It is possible that there is a different tracking number assigned to the shipment in question. I am sorry that I am unable to provide the shipment information you are looking for at this time. "

So do i call EA or do i wait, can i get help

The tracking number for the journey back to EA is different than the one that it used to get to you. Did you write down the one from the label for shipping to EA?

There's a chance that the UPS store can give you the correct tracking number if you call them up and explain yourself.
