Bought the game on release, been using the strat from day one. Well tonight was playing and downstrum stopped working right, then heard something moving around in the guitar. Well being the tech nerd I am, I wanted to see what happened, and maybe I could fix it.
Ha no, I have the "metal contact" style of connection for the strum bar. And one of the contact just snapped off. Crazy how this could have happend, but it just snapped off. So now, I get to have a $130.00 charge on my account just to get a new guitar. SWEET! Happy day! Marry Christmas, Happy New Year.
Eh no biggie. I have been holding off. But my uncle runs the Fender Custom shop in California. Time to have a chat about the Fender name on something made so poor.
