Though everyone will probably vote for Home, I went with Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man. I'm sure Stewie hates it for the jab at the Bills, but it's one of my favorite episodes.

Probably the last truly great season of the X-Files, and some fantastic episodes. And of course, for all the great episodes in the series, Home is the only one I ever found truly disturbing.
