Upgrading Instruments

Hello all, so right now I have the rock band 2 instruments, but I also have a corded guitar hero 2 controller. I wanted to know if you guys think i should shell out the bones for a Hofner Bass controller when the game comes out.

If you like the look and feel of it, get the Hofner. Otherwise, your RB2 guitar will be more than good enough. It performs basically the same.

I'm upgrading because my only RB controllers are a wired RB1 Strat and a wired P-Bass. I wanted something wireless with solo frets and effects capability. My other guitars are a LesPaul and a GH:WT guitar, but they're less than ideal for RB (and the LP is so tiny!).

So I'll have the Hofner and the Gretsch, maybe in the near future I'll get a wireless P-Bass v2. Not really fond of the Rickenbacker so I'll likely not get that.

Hofner just looks plain badass, and I also love the beatles. Anyone know if the game is gonna come with a usb splitter for the 3 mics?

Probably not - but if you have either RB bundle already, you should have one. If not, places like Best Buy have the official RB powered USB hub for $15.
