Mods have to sticky a thread for you, and it has to be pretty awesome or usefull to be stickied.

You'd probably have to go to the 100th page for new regular posts if that happened. Any regular joe/sefine can think his or her post is important or useful.

Game Informer Online used to do that and yes it was a mess. God I hated when everyone stickied their crap/spam.
