Band World Tour is Not Saving

Band World Tour is not saving. For the past two nights we start the game at the last saved game at 44 stars and by the end of the night we are at 88 stars. We turn off the Xbox 360 and play the game again the next night and it says we are back at 44 stars. Why is it not saving our progress? Are there levels you have to get to before it will save again? The manual says it auto saves but it is not. Has anyone had this problem or know what is going on.

Quit back out to the main menu before turning off the Xbox 360. Make sure the hard drive is connected well. Make sure you have free space on your hard drive.
