I just got home with my PS3 bundle and PS2 game. Everything works with my PS2 except the bass pedal on the drums! Any help?

I know this is going to sound stupid but you plugged the pedal into the drum kit, right? :D

Yup. Pedal into drums. Drums into console. Good to go.

I have the pedal plugged into the drums and I get no response from the pedal. The pads work, but not the pedal.
