I haven't listened that much to Kid Rock, so I can't comment on that.

Cowboy Mouth, on the other hand... I was listening to Voodoo Shoppe and Are You With Me recently and thinking that their stuff could be a lot of fun to play. I would love to play "Joe Strummer" and "Jenny Says". :D

Wow, the last band I thought I'd see referenced was Cowboy Mouth. A friend of mine went to the U of South Carolina and some of us went down to visit him. While we were there, we went to a music store and Cowboy Mouth was there promoting their new album. I remember them playing "Jenny Says" and thinking it was rather catchy. I guess this would have been around 95-96. I was shocked when I came back home to Maryland to hear them on a local radio station.
