Any word on Cross Platform Instruments (PS3/360)?

I know there are not instruments that work for both currently however I was wondering if anyone has heard of any plans for these or adapters at least. I know others would like this as well.

Nope, that's never going to happen. For the same reason that you'll never be able to use your PS3 SixAxis controller on an Xbox 360.

The consoles talk to their controllers in vastly different ways. They will never be cross-compatible.

That's not true actually... there are already adapters that allow you to use PS3 game controllers on a 360 and vice versa. I won't provide product names but trust me, they exist. I was just wondering if anyone heard of one of these that will work with instruments as well.
