trash all the sloppy GH HO/PO stuff you picked up and just get good at doing them cleanly and on time.

Its about the only way to make it through a song like that because its filled with so many of them.

Well im not terribly good at GH either...just have GH2. Was pretty much playing medium on that all the time...then started playing hard on RB...picked up GH again and am working through the hard career. Guess itll just take some practice :p

Try the Freezepop song in GH 2. That one is good HO/PO practice.

Save up your overdrive power until you hit the solo. Release it if you start to get into trouble. You should make it through.

^^ What he said. I was having the exact same problem. I suck at HO/PO and that was the only song I couldn't (barely) make my way through on hard. Just save the overdrive untill you absolutely have to use it, then hope it lasts long enough. Eventually you'll make it through.

I've been stuck on this song and am looking for advice too. I'm saving my overdrive until I need it during the solo (which is pretty early).

I get to about 3:44 in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3KZwPU6E0c
and then get buried.

Do most use the high/solo frets for things like this?

I recomend doing the same thing Gryffindor said. I am working on my hard solo and I have been having trouble with the solo parts, using the overdrive always saves my ass.
