Drum Pad Diameter

I have all the equipment I need to make the felt+rubber drumkit mod it's just that my wife and I agreed to not open the game until Christmas. Would one of you be willing to measure the diameter of the drumpads? Need the measurement from the inside of the colored ring.

I've read people saying it's around 7", I just wanted a precise measurement. This will allow me to have everything ready christmas morning when I put it all together.

7.039" exactly. Cut the pads exactly 7" and you'll be golden.
