Controller compatibility

Hi,
I have the PS2 controllers for Rock Band and I just wanted to know if they will work fine on the PS3 as well.

Also, will those controllers (i.e PS2 Drums and microphone) work with the new PS3 Guitar Hero 5 game?

why ask us? we are ROCK BAND not GUITAR HERO (go to gh forums)

as for playing the ps3 version of RB yes they work

The PS2 guitar, drums and mic for RB1 are IDENTICAL to the PS3 instruments.

Since no one else was nice enough to answer the second part of your question, yes, they should work the PS3 version of GH5, but I haven't verified this myself or heard any testimony one way or the other.
