I sent for a replacement using the 2day shipping express service on tuesday, and since then i've been checking the status of my order via UPS. Usually it says the server is 2 day air, but now the entire page is shorter, with no "history" at all, and it just has 2DA RETURN SERVICE for the service. Is this normal?

Also, isnt 2 day air supposed to be like...fast...not this 2 week bull**** that I keep hearing about?
