Wii Version Videos

YouTube user has the Wii version of the game, playing expert drums and vox. I have to say, I really like what I'm seeing out of the graphics, looks fantastic for the Wii.:D

Well we won't fully know until we get HQ vids.

Interesting note: Is it just me, or is it when he activated Beatlemania, it just turned Gold instantly rather than having that woosh effect? (Where the Beatlemania shows up as going up the highway)

Looks good. Sorry we doubted you Harmonix. I know it isn't HQ, but no one can refute that it looks great for the Wii version.

yeah i guess thats true about the hq videos....some of the xbox ones dont look very good either if they arent in hq

i guess i didnt really pay attention to the beatlemania thing but i think thats pretty insignificant anyway....overall im impressed, wish i could play it right now

Watching the Revolution vid and then the one that was leaked earlier, I noticed maybe only two differences comparing the two. John's hair does not wave around in the Wii version of Revolution, so its probably safe to say that the rest of The Beatles' hair will stay static for the other songs as well. Next, The Beatles themselves do not appear as graphically detailed which was expected. Given that those are the only differences I could see I'd say the Wii version is not a big step down graphically and presentation wise from the other two platforms.

BTW, the wii game has achievements (accomplishments). Did we know that before?

if you watch the wii version of get back that rastabot1 posted you can clearly see johns hair blowing around in the wind sooo i guess we cant assume that johns hair will be static in any of the other songs

On the Vid of Get Back, Paul McCartney sings along with the player.... is there an option to reduce the volume on the character singing so that you can only hear the player singing?

Sorry if this is a dumb question; I have never played any rockband games before, only guitar hero so wanted to check and get info from you experts!!

From what has been said, you can partially, but not completely as they've been pretty up on preventing the player from tampering with the Beatles' music too much.

Thought as much wcarnation, kind of defeats the object of the game a bit.... you can tamper with the other instruments but not the signing??? Seems a bit nonsensical to me. Oh well, rules is rules I guess..... won't stop from siging over the character and basically annoying the hell out of my neighbours!!!

It's probably so they can be sure the masters are reasonably safe.

I can't get over how good this game looks on Wii! Can't wait for direct-feed footage to see it properly, should be interesting to compare.

Thanks guys for watching my videos, I know the quality isn't too great but we don't have a gamebridge. We'll be uploading more videos everyday, multiple times a day. Its a 3 day weekend (4 for me) so I'll have plenty of time.

The game is awesome. I literally got goosebumps playing Dear Prudence for the first time.
