Yea, I got my guitar back from EA. Works great now. I had the double strum problem. But wait, its not a replacement, its my old guitar just repaired. How do I know? One: when I sent it back, I heard a little piece of plastic rattling around inside the guitar, and its still in there. Two, there green stickers on the back of the guitar that weren't there before signaling a quality check before being returned to me. Three theres still minor scuff marks on it from when I was playing it before it broke. Four, I have a stripped strap connector on the bottom that was like that when I first got the bundle. Oh well. I'm happy. it works now. Oh yea, i musta got someone else's USB dongle cause theres scratches on it (I didn't send my back cause the instructions didn't say I had to. :-)

This post just made me mad because now I think my replacement, (since it's all scratched up) is probably somebody's elses replaired guitar. Wtf? This is not cool. My first guitar was scratch free and worked fine until the strum just broke for no reason and my replacement is all banged up and looks like crap.
And I still never got my free game!

Hate to burst your conspiracy theory but ALL the Stratocasters rattle... it's the tilt sensor.

I'm glad I read that. I had noticed mine rattled and it was concerning me a little, heh.

Really? I don't remember it rattling when I first got it. O well. It's livable.

Mine only rattled once the strumbar broke and you could hear a small piece of plastic that must of broke off sliding around when you shook it. I don't think that is exactly the same thing, I mean you could easily tell something broke off inside.
So if anyone's is in fact rattling make sure it's not broke.

I can't imagine why your guitar would just be your old one, fixed (or somebody else's, fixed.). Personally, I got a brand new, scratch free one, and I know for a fact it wasn't my old one because I sent that one back first... whatever, as long as it works, I don't care if mine is briefly pre-owned.
