That is the "Golden Slumbers Medley" which includes Golden Slumbers, Carry that Weight, and The End. The version of The End is the same in your video as it is in the video you linked, it just doesn't contain the rest of the Medley.

Oh well... I was REALLY hoping for Free as a Bird. It really would have been perfect, the camera pans away from the roof top concert and starts flying though the city ala the music videos and the note chart appears in the clouds as the camera zips and turns through the sky.
