how do i get my strum bar fixed or guitar replaced?

i got rock band a week ago and already the strum bar doesnt work right it doesnt respond to about half the notes i hit and when i use my guitar hero 2 controller i hit them what do i do? i have no clue is therea tech support line i call? please help

if that link doesnt work, got to ea's website and click on rockband it souldnt be that hard to find. u can request a replacement over the internet or they give u a customer service line u can call. the process is simple and u should have a new guitar within 2 weeks (even though i was specifically told 3-5 days, it took 10 days) in the meantime practice the drums, i find them more fun than the guitar sometimes.
