I made a topic on this when the Game Informer leak was released. Most people, as should be expected, responded with the fake list, because obviously that was intended to suit the population by the guy who made it. The actual setlist is more for the balance of the game, and not to make everyone happy.

The fake list includes:

"I'm Down"
"In My Life"

The actual disc will include:

"Boys"
"Dear Prudence"
"Do You Want to Know a Secret"
"Eight Days a Week"
"Getting Better"
"I Me Mine"
"I Want You (She's So Heavy)"
"I'm Looking Through You"
"With a Little Help from My Friends"
"Within You Without You/Tomorrow Never Knows"
"Yellow Submarine"
And the last song.

33 other songs are on both, and "In My Life" is confirmed DLC in December.

Any of those songs would improve the game, but all things considered, I prefer the actual list.

It's funny how neither the fake list or real list includes A Day In The Life, Hey Jude, or Strawberry Fields Forever. Then again... Maybe it's just me. ;)

real one is pretty much a perfect balance between great tracks and tracks which will be fun to play. i couldn't have done a better job

well they had to leave at least a few sure-fire sales for DLC. I can't imagine many players won't be buying Hey Jude, for example.

I think I actually prefer the real list. Sure I'd like to trade Boys for Please Please Me, but I think that's the only one.

I prefer the actual tracklist. Especially for "I Want You", which is quite possibly my favorite Beatles song.

I'd probably say the real one. I can't believe I Wanna Be Your Man is on both. :P The fact that the real one was Do You Want To Know a Secret and Eight Days a Week are the big selling points for that one. Songs I'd really like on the leaked one would be Please Please Me and She Loves You.
