I Melt Faces

My Drum pedal is cracked on the side which doesn't really affect me playing that much and right above the orange line which does. I would get a replacement but I still want to play it.

What are my options?

Is there a way i can fix it myself, or can i ask for a replacement and still keep the pedal?
