Do you still need a separate controller for Voxtar?

Now the game has been leaked and such, I was wondering if anyone knows whether you still need to have a controller hooked up to your system in order to sing and use an instrument at the same time - or have they implemented a system so you can control the whole gameplay with the guitar?

No you still need a controller - there is no Voxtar option, you have to act as though you are two players.

Just curious but how exactly would that work when you can only have 4 controllers connected at a time on the 360 and their would be 7 needed to be conntected especially since at E3 Harmonix was able to have all band mics and instruments connected no problem?

You only have to have 1 controller for up to 3 mics.

yea 1 controller for 3 mics then 1 drum controller, 1 guitar controller, 1 bass controller all add up to four controllers

and if your trying to figure out how to find how to plug the third mic into the 360 their is another usb port on the back of the system
