I've yet to see any, but it wouldn't be difficult to code...just insert a few images and it would be done. Are there specific pictures you were looking to have as the background or anything?

Why not use this MySpace Layout Stealer (http://www.spacemisc.com/tweaks/myspace-layout-stealer.php) and enter in Rock Bands Friend ID (174151128) to steal its layout code.
