Hi, I recently called EA to ask some questions and eventually ended up giving the guy on the other end of the line my info so i could replace my broken bass pedal. I was given ONE rma number and ONE ups tracking number for the replacement. I aslo asked to have my call elevated and have a supervisor call me. The next day when the supervisor called, he looked up my replacement status and said that i had ordered TWO bass pedal replacements. Somehow the person at EA order me two bass pedals. The supervisor didn't mention anything more about the pedals and the call was over before i thought to ask...
If i recieve two pedals and only have one to return, are they going to charge me the hold for one of them?
also...
If i keep two pedals, is that an easy way to turn the two into a double-bass pedal without having to buy all the supplies from radio shack etc.?

I called EA and was talking to some person with a very THICK accent who really didn't have many answers to my questions. Ask to have your call "elevated" and a they will ask for a number and time thats best to reach you between 6am to 6pm. I told to call between 4pm and 6pm and the next day between those times the guy called me. And it was nice cause he was down to earth and i could understand him.
