Well, decided to take a trip to my local Media Markt in Austria just to see what would happen. They usually put the new releases on the top shelf, but I looked under 'T' and there they were! at least 5 or 6 copies. For 360, didn't look at the PS3 section.
So, if you're in Austria and you're near a Media Markt get yourself down there and bag a copy!
