I'm looking at the Memory section and despite not having a memory card hooked in, I have two devices listed.

Hard Drive (184 MB free) :(
MU (227 MB free)

is the MU built in? and if so, could I just use that to transfer my data to my new 60gb HDD?

I believe that the the MU is built in. And I wouldn't know, I've never had an arcade... lol

When I got a new 360... I had to re-download EVERYTHING. lol

You know, If you got a 120 gig HDD, It gives you a Transfer Cable in it.

I believe the newer Arcade 360's have 256 megs built in (http://thegadgetsite.blogspot.com/2008/12/new-xbox-360-arcade-includes-256mb.html).

As for transferring to your 60 gig hard drive, I'd use a memory unit to move it all if you have one available (which your post leads me to believe that you do)

I can't move these files

Marketplace System Data
Rights Database
Video Bookmark Data

Is this going to be a problem?

The video bookmark thing isn't important. That's just where DVDs have stopped playing the last time you had them in.

I'm not entirely certain, but if you move your profile and re-download all your DLC to the hard drive, it should create new Marketplace System Data and Rights Database files there for you.
