Replacement guitar was sent in...

...but I have yet to get my new one back. First off, I never received an email back from EA when I signed up but I still got my box(I'm doing the one where you get the empty box and send yours back, then you get the new one). I received the empty box on November 30th but I didn't send it out for about 3 or 4 days. So I sent it out in the first week of December. I have not got my guitar back yet and now I just sent my drums in a few days ago. I was wondering if this would entitle me to get a free game. What would I do to get one?

I sent in my guitar on 12/03/07, EA received it on the 10th, and now it's been two weeks and I still haven't received my guitar back. I'm starting to get pissed about this whole situation and free game offer isn't going to do it (especially with the crappy games that they are offering). I'm about to call EA about this situation and I suggest that you call too.

Calling today, they had forgot to ship my guitar. Sorry, but i'm glad i'm not the only one.
