Day Tripper Achievement Not Unlocking

Started story mode with 2 people and got to the last set and took a break. Finished the last set and watched the credits while logged into LIVE and with only one person and the achievement won't unlock. What gives?

Aren't the credits before the encore of The End?

If you beat that too though, I have no idea.

gotta play the end as well for it to unlock
you wont see it unlock its then on your achievements screen if you look

I actually got Day Tripper before the credits and The End.

Same here. I got it right after my friend and I beat "Get Back".

you finished the game on the instrument that was not signed in.

I beat the entire game in a single day with one instrument while being signed in and the achievement didn't unlock for me.

If you played it on Live and your friend was the host, then it wouldn't unlock for you.

Same thing happened to me. Started (and finished) the career with my friend as the host. He got the achievement and I didn't.

It was a local game and I was signed in the entire time. I managed to unlock 13 other achievements. Would it make a difference if I started offline then went online?

I don't think that whether you were signed in or not would be a problem for the achievements/trophies. I'd check with Support before you do anything, however.

the way i got it was i started a career then when i got to the rooftop i saved and exit the game to dashboard then restarted game and continued with the first song
on rooftop and it unlocked once credits went and did encore
