I finished up my story mode last night and decided to give online quickplay a go. Quickly I found a full band, i choose first so I pick random song. A Hard Day's Night. We rock it out with people on various difficulties (2X, 1H, 1M). Next guys choice, speed scroll all the way to the hardest tier, all the way to the bottom, hardest song presumably. Helter Skelter.
Not that I have a problem with the song, I love it in fact. I just dont get the mindset of having to pick the hardest song or from the hardest tier all the time. Those who have played RB2 online know what I'm talking about. Is it Kewl to do so? To show off your mad skillz?
It's not even that hard compared to Painkiller. At least guitar anyways.(havent tried on drums yet). It doesnt seem that any of the top tier songs are really all that hard for experienced rhythm gamers.
So the next question is what will be the Beatles equivalent of Chop Suey, Almost Easy, and Down with the Sickness. I know we only have 45 songs in RBTB, so the variety is limited. But will there be the handful of songs that get picked 99% of the time in online play?

I've played While My Guitar Gently Weeps about 23942938498234 times
At least 1/4th of those times it was me picking it

I had no problem 5* it on my first play through on expert guitar, and I struggle alot on painkiller, so I don't think the comparison is that great, but it is one of the more difficult songs to play. I think "The End" might be harder IMO.
