I wouldn't necessarily call myself a superfan of the Beatles, but I do have a handful of their albums. However, I was quite surprised by a few songs that I hadn't heard:
- "Dig a Pony" is great. Sounds a lot like John's later solo work (I wonder why...)
- "I Me Mine" is an absolute blast on the drums, for such a short song.
- I hadn't the "Within You Without You / Tomorrow Never Knows" medley (any of the LOVE album, for that matter) and was blown away by how heavy the drum beat is in this one.
Anyone else have some good surprises?

I'm a big Beatles fan but there were about 3 or 4 tracks I didn't hear before playing this game...
Boys
Do You Want To Know a Secret?
I'm Looking Through You
Boys is alright... but the latter two are awesome.
They did a great job picking out songs for this game. Glad they picked songs with good charts rather than listening to people and putting songs like Help! on the disk (from what I remember playing Help on a real guitar, it is EXTREMELY basic).

along these lines, I'm glad that there are more songs from the latter half of their career. "Help!" is EXTREMELY basic, but then so are manymany of those early songs.

I hadn't ever liked "Within You Without You" before (beyond its status as a unique, experimental song). The Tomorrow Never Knows blend made me genuinely enjoy it for the first time.

I also have never loved And Your Bird Can Sing so much as I did that first time I sung it.
And then the one song I hadn't heard before the game....Paperback Writer. Oh my God, SO much fun (and very catchy :p)
