Hello Does anyone know when Rock Band comes out in Australia???

March, apparently. I certainly wouldn't expect to see it before Feb.

There's always Ebay and the PS3 version being region free, if you have to have it sooner.

I bought a couple PS3 bundles this way, and if enough of my mates get the game on the 360, I'll likely grab one of those bundles when it gets out here too.

what really annoys me is how there selling the seperate drumkits and guitars in usa in feb when they could be coming to australia in the bundles!!!!!

I`m in Australia also, and when I saw the release date was april, I got straight onto Ebay last night and bought a PS3 bundle. Cost me $363au all up. Can`t wait until it gets here. My only worry is them instruments breaking. :eek: . Fingers crossed!!!!

I did the same back shortly after Rock Band's official US release a month or two ago, only I bought two bundles.

You got yours for a pretty good price, all things considered. I paid just over $400au for each of mine, but on Ebay the price has dropped noticeably since then.

I didn't want to have to wait until March or April for mine, and it's gonna be nice to be able to fill a 4-player band on Christmas day well ahead of anyone else in the country :)

I got my bundle from them, but i pre-ordered back in October. Cost me $196 all up coz they gave me free shipping due to the delay, I got it almost 3 weeks after release.

Including shipping I think it'll cost ya about $245 and it should get to u within 3-5 days assuming they have stock. My bundle from them works fine, guitar drums and mic are all perfect and I've played it for over 40 hours, easy.

The only problem i had doing that was that gamestop.com wouldnt accept my aussie credit card so i had to go through barnesandnobel.com, who are affiliated with GS.

Yeah, it looks like it will cost me close to $400 AUD just to get the Ps2 version. But there's no way i'm waiting until March/April if I can help it. I've messaged literally 10 people on ebay, and only one might be willing to Ship to Australia. The rest said no.

So the dude I bought Rock band off, is not replying to my emails. He is a powerseller and has an ebay shop, but has not replied for 2 days. Maybe he is flat out because of Xmas, or I`m just paranoid because I want RB so bad.

You need to do your searches on the Aussie ebay page, that way you know anything that shows up in your search has been set by the auctioneer as willing to post out here.

Did you get a shipping email from him with a tracking number already? If you're paying express (or even if you're paying priority too), you wanna get that shipping email asap really.

One of my sellers didn't respond for half a week after I made the purchase, and I was onto him straight away.

I haven`t received a tracking number at all. I have asked him for one, in one of the emails I sent, but he hasnt replied at all. Whats the reason for getting the tracking number so quick? I sent him an email about 10 mins ago, asking if he could just let me know whats going on. I would feel much better if I knew what was happening. Hate being left out in the dark. I paid via Paypal, does the payment go through straight away?

Just dont want to get F&CKED over.

A question to those who already have it: Downloading the content from the US PSN store works fine, right?
