Beatles drums problem

Bought the LE bundle yesterday, and had absolutely no problems playing the drums until about 20 minutes ago.

The blue pad has started working very erratically. It barely registers hits unless hit DIRECTLY on the black circle. The other pads are working perfectly, but the blue pad isn't. Has anyone else had this problem?

It'd be a shame if I had to RMA them already. :(

I have the same problem with my green pad. All others are fine, except the green does not register. However, if I sit the whole thing loosely right at the top of the side legs then the green starts to register but very erratically. When I seat the whole thing on though the green pad does not register at all.

I want to avoid RMAing too, I wander if there is a tutorial somewhere on how to fix this thats similar to the RB2 drums

So i've mucked around with it for a bit. If I hold the drums upside down, literally, the green drum pad works perfectly. If I set it back to normal however (right way up) it doesn't work at all!

Anyone with some ideas please?

My blue pad is acting up as well. I think mine registers extra hits...so my song percentage is generally the same, but I'm only getting 4 stars because I can't get a streak going. I'm thinking now that I just stayed with my RB1 kit.
