Where do I go to check the status of my RMA? I started the RMA process on Thursday the 13th, and never received an acknowledgment email from EA. I log on to their website, and don't see any place to check my RMA status. I go to the "questions" area of the site and don't see anything. I got a tracking number when I started the RMA, and it hasn't shipped yet, I just want to check on the status of the RMA, make sure that they actually are working on it and it didn't just get lost.
Any help?

best thing would be to just call and give them your RMA# to look up.

I put in a question on the site, and they said the request didn't go through. Dunno how I got a tracking number then :/
Anyway, redid it and actually got a confirmation email this time. Hopefully it'll get out soon.

I think which ever EA representative is monitoring these forums should notify the RMA department (or specifically whomever is in charge of the automated portion of it) that their automated system isn't working properly and needs to be looked at. This story is repeated again and again by different people on this site.
Glad you followed up with a question and got your RMA finally processed. Too bad it took a few extra days :(
