Question to HMX about Leaderboards

I was first place on Expert drums on the song "And Your Bird Can Sing" I was at the top of the leaderboards by myself with a score of 93,375. Today someone tied that score, I was moved down to second place. Well doesn't it seem logical that I should keep my 1st place position since I got the score first?

If you check the in-game leaderboards it should show you tied for first.

I haven't had a chance to check the in-game leaderboards yet. But on the official TB:RB website someone tied our score and instead of pushing me down to third place it kept me at 2nd place and made the new person third place. Now why couldn't it do that the first time?
I just remembered that HMX never fixed RB2 leaderboards, so I don't even know why I'm asking, this problem will never be fixed.
