USB hub problems

I can't figure out how to get my Usb hub to work, Its plugged into an outlet in the wall, and Its plugged into the first controller port in my 360.:confused:

That's pretty much all there is to it. Check your connections and you should be all set. If you're having trouble getting the USB hub to recognize everything, try plugging it into the rear port. If you have no luck there, you may want to exchange it for a new one by contacting EA support. Also, any powered USB hub should work, so if you have one lying around you can use that as well.

I always have to unplug mine and then plug it back in after my 360 has turned on. Then it works fine.

I have to unplug the power to the hub and then plug it back in for the instruments to power on, each time I turn on my xbox. Is this normal? Do I need to replace my hub?

I've got everything to work, except the hub. I've tried multiple methods to try and get it to work, but it doesn't.

I then purchased a separate USB hub, thinking that the packaged one was faulty, but it responds the same way.

The only sign of life that shows using the USB is initially plugging in the controllers. Then, the Xbox button flashes once, then nothing.
