Not a fan of Evanescence...didn't forget about them, just don't want them. Too commercial. Joan Jett would be one that I wouldn't mind seeing though.
By no means a definitive list, but I think any female vocalists would be a start.

I honestly would in no way even think about downloading any of the songs listed. I rarely like female vocalists... the only two I can think of straight off my head I like is Broken Social Scenes and Arcade Fires vocalists.

A Siouxsie and the Banshees pack would be cool.
Dear Prudence
Fireworks
Passenger
Even though two are covers, but I still like SATB versions better.

Well, Arcade Fires main vocalist is a man....
Its sad that the typical video game playing male cannot appreciate female vocals, or anything involving females. I am not saying you are in this category, but as a whole it seems like while they like to look at them and want to be with them sexually, any association past that is strictly off limits as far as women go. There are some great women of past and present that are/have been great vocalists, writers/poets and more. I don't know if its the awkwardness of not knowing how to incorporate the other sex that drives them to not like anything from them other than for sex or if it is a newer generation that has been taught by a sexist upbringing...either way it is slightly disturbing. Each genre of music has great females involved. Don't be afraid of them. And I swear I'm not a feminist, haha. I just feel it is an area that Rock Band lacks in completely. Men aren't the only ones who play the game, not that it really should matter. All people that uncomortable with their sexuality that they can't sing a song by a woman?
But yes, I would pay greatly for a Siouxie pack. Or a new wave pack with them in it.

My mom rarely likes female vocals either. I guess she is a typical video game playing male who cannot appreciate female contribution to society right? Grow up. Female vocals sound different, and some people don't like it. What the hell do writers and poets have to do with anything. Unless you want to say my mom was raised in a sexist upbringing, and only wants to include women sexually, I think you are wrong.
I like Siouxsie and the Banshees (And new wave in general), Heart, and Jefferson Airplane. Those are the only Rock bands with female vocals I like. Where does that place me in your magical sexism detector?
