Beatles songs, where are they?

This might be a stupid question, but hey, I am new to the game, so forgive me:)
I bought the Beatles Rockband, but I am missing songs, where is Hey Jude, Let it Be, Girl, Michelle??? I find some songs on there I hardly know, but these famous ones are missing. Why? Can I buy them somewhere? Does it have to do with DLC, whatever that is?

They are not on the game unfortunately. However, they might come as downloadable content at a later date.

Abbey Road is coming in October, Sgt. Pepper in November and Rubber Soul in December. Beyond that, we'll see.

DLC is DownLoadable Content. if you're on the 360, you can download "All You Need is Love" right now. if not, it's coming later down the road.

there are only 45 songs on disc, and surely they couldn't fit all of their songs on the disc, so they tried to represent each of the different phases of the Beatles, as well as the individual Beatles. hopefully down the road, Hey Jude, Let it Be, Girl, and Michelle will be available to download, but right now, they aren't.

Well Michelle is confirmed for December with the rest of Rubber Soul.

Hey Jude and Let it Be are mostly piano, so that's probably why they were left out. Girl and Michelle are coming in December with the Rubber Soul full album.
