RMA status: label printed?

What does that mean? I placed my faulty guitar in a coffin and mailed it off a little over a week ago, and as of today, my status has been: Label Printed.

I'm mildly encouraged that the RMA's been updated, but I'd feel better if it said something along the lines of "Being Replaced," or even better "On Its Way."

Also, I was wondering what the average time for replacement guitars would be around. So far, my copy of what I consider "Drum Hero" is kinda getting boring, since I kinda suck at drums and such. :)

I've got the same thing showing up on my drum replacement. I shipped my drums today, but they haven't even been scanned into UPS' system yet, which means ea couldn't possibly have changed anything since they don't even know it's been shipped yet so I wouldn't get your hopes up quite yet. On a side note, I also just shipped my guitar today, the 17th, but the status on it was "updated by EA" on the 14th, with no noticeable change to it. I didn't have the $120 to spare either, much less the $240 for both instruments This exchange process is really beginning to worry me..... Just be glad you still have "drum hero" left to play

Btw where do i check my RMA ?

UPS says the same thing as when the coffin was delivered. I checked the RMA order and that's the one that's updated.

BTW rocker, the easiest way to get to the support was through the sticky thread with the warranty info. There's a link and all that. :O
