Hello. I would like to know about my Guitar being shipped back to me. I shipped my guitar back and it got there last monday and i am still waiting for it.Could a EA person give me a tracking number or tell me the status of my guitar. I would like it back so i could play properly for the first time. Thank You!

you can check it on support.ea.com, under my questions.
It has been my experience over the past month that you get better information from calling the number. You can't get much info from the site.

Sure, I suggest calling the number, but don't expect to get answers right away. I have detailed my experience on the link below. Let's just say I was more than unhappy when after speaking to them in length on the phone more than 4 times, that they forgot to ship my guitar.
