game in backorder for over a month

Not sure where you live or where you refer to backorders, but I can find them pretty much everywhere here...

i order the game from the rock band website

The Rock Band website store is an absolute joke. Me, and multiple other people on these boards, ordered the bundle off the site, tried to cancel it when it was backordered for so long, and received no response even after multiple attempts to contact customer service. They don't respond and there's no phone contact. Horrible.

I received an email about two weeks ago saying it had shipped - even after multiple attempts to cancel my order - which the website says you can do. The package hasn't arrived yet, but if it does, I'll likely not accept it since I've already picked up a bundle somewhere else.

EA/Harmonix appears to have subcontracted this store out and whichever company is handling it is doing an abysmal job and doing harm to their brand. Good luck trying to reach any customer service people. I hope you hear something back.
