How long does it take for EA to receive a faulty guitar?

So, like many of you, my Rock Band guitar broke down within a week. I ordered the express replacement, got my new guitar in ten days (no offer of a free game :(), and promptly sent my broken guitar back.

However, I recently got an e-mail from EA, reminding me to send the guitar back. I sent that thing off over a week ago! I wish I had the tracking number, but I stupidly left it at my dorm when I returned home for the holidays. Anyone know about how long it takes EA to receive a broken guitar? I shipped from Washington.

(Of course, my new guitar is broken too, but I don't want to order a replacement until they get the old one. Don't like the idea of multiple $100 holds on my credit card...)

well....considering that the 2 day express air took 10 days for me for to get. im guessing it will take at least 2 weeks since the return is being sent back ground, especially since its peak time for shipping companies.

Oh, and keep all of your tracking #'s. I read a post where they sent a customer an e-mail saying he had 10 days left before they charge the $125 because they didn't receive his broken one. He thanked them for the warning and proceeded to tell them that the guitar was delivered to dock #__ and signed for by employee ______ a full 5 days before they sent their warning.

When I sent back my broken guitar they received it in less than 24 hrs. I live in Ohio. Wish I would receive the new guitar in as quick of time......been a month and STILL waiting!!!!
